Our Partners

The Hunter PIR Program is led by Hunter Primary Care in partnership with a Consortium of eight (8) other government and community managed organisations. The Consortium members include:

Five (5) organisations have partnered with Hunter PIR to host Support Facilitator teams across the Hunter PIR Region.

  • Benevolent Society – Singleton / Muswellbrook / Upper Hunter
  • Neami National – Lake Macquarie
  • Flourish Australia – Gloucester / Great Lakes / Greater Taree
